Matthew Sterling

With nearly two decades of experience in public safety, hospital healthcare, and the military, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. As a hospital critical care educator and critical care paramedic, he has served in various roles, including Fire Lieutenant and paramedic supervisor. His extensive background includes serving as a Corpsman, FD/PD search and recovery diver, and an expert witness in court. He has lectured at conferences around the country, runs an emergency medicine and critical care podcast, and continued to push for higher standards and education for healthcare providers. Matthew is passionate about elevating the standards of medical education and is committed to sharing his expertise with others in the field. He believes that through high-quality training, we can make a significant impact on patient care and community safety.
